Pistachio Matcha Chocolate Cups:

Preparations:


  1. Place chocolate and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 20 second increments, stirring between each, or until melted. Alternatively, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together over a double boiler.

  2. Divide 2/3 of the melted chocolate into a 12-hole silicone mini muffin tray. Dollop 1 tablespoon of the Pistachio Matcha Crema into each hole and drizzle the remaining chocolate on top.

  3. Set in the freezer for 20 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
