Ingredients:
Choc Corn Chip Clusters:
- 80g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 & 1/2 cups corn chips
Preparations:
- Place chocolate into a small microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave on 20-second increments, stirring between each, until melted. Alternatively, melt chocolate in a double boiler.
- To the melted chocolate, add the peanut butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Place corn chips into a large bowl and pour the chocolate mix over the top. Mix and crush until well coated and clumpy.
- Spoon into a 12-hole silicon cupcake tray and freeze for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
- Pop out of the tray and enjoy. Store in the freezer for 5 to 6 days.
