This is my Crispy Tempeh Sweet Potato Toasts with a Creamy Butter Bean Dip. Recipe filming days have honestly become some of my favourite days lately. Slow starts, organic grocery runs, cooking something nourishing, editing everything together and ending the day with a sunset drive.

Lately I’ve been driving the @cheryaustralia TIGGO 8 Super Hybrid and genuinely love it. It’s super spacious for grocery runs, so smooth to drive and the interior feels super premium. I especially love driving it in EV mode on quiet sunset drives after a long day of filming.
