Ingredients:

Spicy Mango Salsa:

  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • juice of a lime
  • pinch of salt and pepper

To Serve:

  • corn chips
  • nachos,
  • tacos
  • Mexican-style bowls

Preparations:


  1. To a large bowl, add the diced mango, cucumber, avocado, capsicum, jalapeño, red onion, cherry tomatoes and coriander. Mix well.

  2. Add the lime juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.

  3. Serve as an appetiser with corn chips or as a side to tacos, nachos or Mexican-style bowls.
