5-Ingredient Cookie Dough Biscuits

A no-bake treat that sandwiches a healthier cookie dough between two crunchy digestive biscuits, then dips the whole thing in glossy dark chocolate. The cookie dough itself is soft and fudgy, made from almond flour and peanut butter and studded with chopped dark chocolate for extra bites of richness. Once sandwiched, the digestives add a satisfying crunch and the chocolate coating sets into a firm, snappable shell. Finished with a sprinkle of sea salt, these are a genuinely indulgent, fridge-friendly treat that’s ready to eat whenever a sweet craving hits.
