Beetroot Glow Juice
This is my go-to juice for when I want something refreshing, zingy and amazing for the skin. Beetroot is naturally rich in nitrates, which support the body’s nitric oxide pathway and healthy blood flow. The orange brings vitamin C, which helps your body absorb iron, while the colourful mix of fruits and vegetables adds a variety of antioxidants and nutrients. For this recipe, I love using a cold-press juicer. It gently crushes and presses the produce rather than rapidly spinning it, which gives you a smooth, fresh juice with less froth, more nutrients and a really lovely texture.
