Ingredients:
Smoothie:
- 2 bananas
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 dragon fruit, flesh scooped out
- 1/4 papaya, peeled and diced
- 1/4 pomelo, segmented
- 1 cup coconut water
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Melrose MCT Oil Kick Start
- Ice, optional
Preparations:
- Add the banana, mango, dragon fruit, papaya, pomelo, coconut water, salt, and Melrose MCT Oil Kick Start to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut water if needed to thin.
- Add a handful of ice if desired and blend again until chilled.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
